Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the electronic items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective foam are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
