This Crestron is surplus dealer stock and is in NEW-Open Box condition. The touch panels were ordered by a large corporate customer for an install that was canceled. All panels have been factory reset. Box is opened. But contents appear to be new and uninstalled. Touchscreen still has the protective plastic on it. Box is rough shape. We did confirm that the panel is perfect working order and set to factory default.
